Load COI Command Centre, Mod Swap & Battle HQ buttons Don't Work

When i click on the COI command centre short cut, it loads but i am unable to use the Mod Swap or Battle HQ buttons. Whats up? I want to go on to play multi and i have read in the forums that you need to load MMCCIII through the Mod Swap? Also read in manual about launching the Mod Swap: From the Start Menu, choose: Programs…Close Combat…Close Combat ModSwap Utility. I can't see this in the menu? Hope someone can help. This could be just the start of lots of questions!

Thanks i have reloaded everything this time i think and i seem to be able to use buttons now.

Have managed to play against AI the once (and won!). Tried to join a game against a human-TM and ended up with error message:

Failed to open connection to player java.net.NoRouteToHostException:Operation timed out.

And then a heap of stuff like: at java/net/PlainSocketIMPL.SocketConnect........and so on?

I have tried again port 2110 and the same person-TM is waiting and i try again and the same error message happens? Must be a glitch as i would not think that the same player would be waiting 6hrs later on the same map for a game?

Any ideas
