Redwolf Custom Uni's pack v1 (updated)

Post by redwolf1 »

A long time coming, I suppose...but I have updated and upgraded my custom teams to MaxFB v.2 standards.

Endzones have now been adjusted for v.2. Also, most teams have custom shoes and have undergone some polishing. I also have the team logos as the main logos (as this now seems to be the trend), but left the helmeted main logos in as an alternate option if users prefer. I also made a colour change to the Blazer's home pants (but left the old in as well as an alternative).

I put the teams all together in one pack (20 in total), entitled: "Redwolf_Custom_unis_v1" found in the unsorted section at FBMax.com (be warned, it is a large download).

I also have 2 new teams to added to the pack (had to add something new!). The first is the Cougars. The second is the Revolution. The latter was created mainly out of need. Although I used the logo from the Greensboro Revolution for this one (an NIFL team), it is by no means a replica of the team and the uniform is fictional. I thought it worked well for a fantasy team. Anyways, as always, enjoy!

Thanks. I use a terrific template created by Tbird for the helmets. They can be found at his site here: http://www.thornbird.net/football/ .

Look in the downloads section. It is the "new photoshop helmet template". You will need PhotoShop or Paint Shop Pro (which I tend to use) for it.

I cannot speak for Redwolf, but I suspect he posts uniforms to FBMax and thornbird.net with the understanding that they will be used.

I have that template and its very good. But, for those without paint shop pro or image software that handles layers, here's a quick and easy black and white helmet you can modify;

It's not as good as the layered image, but it looks pretty good in game;

Of course you can - enjoy! My only stipulation, as mentioned in the readme, is that if you offer them for download (like as part of a league compilation or on a league site or what not), that you check with me first. Otherwise, absolutely, they are free to use for your own use - have fun.

Figured it would be prudent at add the banner to the first pack thread is well.

For leagues to use if they wish (by request):

...and slightly smaller:

Just copy and save if you wish to use them. Hope you enjoy the teams as much as I had making them. [:)]
