Mysterious Html File References

Looking in that seldom-accessed folder, I see some intriguing references, like "manager", "scout", "SIGN scout" (hmm!) and others. Are these leftovers from earlier game iterations or perhaps signs of things to come?

Any hints on what these are (or were) for?

For the record, I can't help but "peek under the hood", even if I don't have a clue at what I'm looking at. [:D]

KG, these sound like artifacts to me. Some years back, starting a PS association included signing a manager and a scout.
