Any Love for Arena Football League?

Post by renojedi »

I looked all over this sub forum and can't find anything for the AFL--logos, rosters, etc. Anyone know where else I can look?

Thanks.

You wont see any rosters, dont think anyone has made them yet.

Uniforms for AFL and AF2 can be found at

I had created rosters then I accidently simmed a week and Max FB did all sorts of releases and signings because when you sim a human team for some reason the cpu GM takes over.  I know there's a profile...

Good to know now - but really I'm a little disappointed that the cpu can ever make a change to a human team.  That and the pitiful reporting available keep me from making this my full time sim.

Did you report this to David? I sim a lot and havent noticed the CPU taking over human teams....at least not when it comes to cuts or signings.

Hopefully we can get some good outputs from jdhalracks utility when its finished.

This is done because the game assumes that your playbook and gameplan need the players the team owner lists in the team profile.

Do you sim all games, or do you play CPU vs CPU for some of the games?  Even in solo leagues, it is really fun to pick a game of the week and play it live.  It is nice to cycle the teams into the live game and watch them play out the games.

Did you get a warning that your profile did not match the roster?

Did you create the real AFL rosters? If so can you post the league file to FBMAX. Sorry you are having trouble simming. I have had no problems with my leagues.

I'm fairly new to the game and wondered if there was something in the works that actually had AFL-style nets?

The one item that the AFL could patent was the rebound nets.  Because of that, only AFL licensed games can use them.
