Commander - Napoleon at War 1.06 Public Beta Uploaded to Members Club!

Commander – Napoleon at War is the second in a series of high level turn based strategy games. It spans the Napoleonic Wars from 1805 to 1815, allowing players to control France or the Coalitions against it through the entire period or in shorter scenarios. Easy to learn, with fun and addictive gameplay, this is a Napoleonic wargame in the style of the old "Panzer General".

Commander - Napoleon at War 1.06 Public Beta Uploaded to Members Club!

We have uploaded Commander - Napoleon at War 1.06 Beta to the Members Club for those Members who would like to help us with the testing of the new features and bug fixes for this patch release. We want to make sure that the bug fixes listed have worked as they should and that no new bugs have surfaced because of the changes.

Again this is an early public beta so those who want to help out with the testing may. You can access this public beta as a Private Download as long as you have registered your Commander - Napoleon at War serial number in our Members Club (Click on the MEMBERS link in the top nav bar).


IMPORTANT NOTE: As with 1.04 & 1.05, 1.06 Saved games are now in "my documents\Commander Napoleon at War" to make them easier to find. You will not be able to continue any old saved games that were saved prior to 1.04.
Changes

Features and Enhancements
• Units made more expensive and higher upkeep costs providing less unit density in game
• There is no longer an effectiveness drop when upgrading a unit
• Changed some leader stats in the land_leader script
• Made Russian economy stronger and Great Britain economy weaker

Fixes
• Fixed a Artillery casualty display bug in the statistics panel

AI Enhancements and Fixes
• AI, Great Britain more aggressive doing naval invasions
• AI, Russia more keen countering and eventually invading France
• AI now more swiftly redistribute units from already conquered objectives
• AI now recruit more leaders once their PP gets high
