serial number problem

I installed ver 1.1 a few days ago but I get a message that there is a serial number problem when I try to start the game.I reinstalled and rechecked the serial number to no avail.

I also installed the rest of the patches and was asked for the serial number with each installation. Is this normal?

The game won't run at all.

Hi abe,

sorry to hear you have problems.

If the problem only appeared AFTER you installed a patch thats odd.

If the problem has been there since the start and you never got AT running you have to contact Matrix Helpdesk since its there security software or license number thats malfunctioning then.

If on the other hand you can use your serial if you make a clean install of version 1.0 let me know. Please try this first though before reporting.
