In addition to the text, you might want to check and see if ELECTIONS are functioning at all.

I was unable to get any result in my mod for the country shown above.

To verify that it was not just my scenario I tested elections for SIAM in China '37 for several turns.

I never saw any indication of a result and Siam's orientation never changed from pro-axis.

I get the same as AH4Ever with the text.

I also got it in the info box playing as Australia....Pacific Campaign.
It all so say's Several Possibilities are taken under consideration.
Yet all 3 boxes have the same choice.....?
