Victory conditions vs computer jap AI

Hi!

I was thinking, perhaps the vc for playing vs the AI (vs Japan that is) is not very historical correct nor realistic, i mean, to be able to beat the AI compared to the ww2 outcome, player would need to invade and destroy most of japans fleet/forces and conquer most bases on the map.

It would be nice to see an altered victory condition for the grand campaign, to put pressure on the allied player, some realistic time pressure.. Like in another game Panzer Campaigns, often if not always this is the major factor of winning a campaign.

I have not finished a game in witp yet to know if i have really beat the system so ofcourse i migt be wrong here, but it would be nice to hear what you grognards say about it..

The AI lacks most common sense ofcourse but to heavily reduce the amount of victory points for japan might give this little extra compensation to make an human vs computer game more challeging?
