Finished first complete campaign...

I finished my first complete Axis campaign and I must say it was a dogfight all the way to the end. Very entertaining! Even at the end when Germany had over 40,000 IPPs to spend I was still losing units to the USA's huge air force. I thought I was going to fall just short of Washington one turn from the end as the city was cleared but my two adjacent armies had no movement left to take it! Fortunately the USA surrendered anyway, then the 11th Panzer was able to roll into Ottawa and Canada surrendered, so all enemies were eliminated. End May 8, 1947. Congratulations on a well done game - it kept me thinking the whole time.
