Scripting question...

Hello,

Any tips on how I'd go about scripting events that disable/enable particular technologies? Is this possible? E.g. saying the Soviets can only research Armoured Warfare one year after they entered the war....

Hi

I'm afraid that research isn't something that can be modified by scripts, except that scripts are used to guide the AI's research.

Being able to set hardcode dates for tech to arrive would be nice for some mods.
It would make it alot easier to balance for sure. [;)]
