How to remove German Mobility cost Penalty

Forgive me if this has been asked before.
How would I go about to setting the German Mobility upgrade to be the same as everyone else (i.e. 20% instead of 30%)

Hi

You can do this by opening up the campaign in the Editor and going to Campaign -> Edit Country Data -> Edit Research -> Advanced -> Upgrades

Then select Germany in the country list on the list, and work through all unit types that have Mobility as one of their options, and reduce its price from 30 to 20 or a different figure if you prefer. [:)]
