OOB crashes on loading

I have recently been playing OOB:Panzerkrieg, but can no longer load the game options screen. My PC crashed yesterday when I tried to load a scenario I had been playing. Since then, the following happens. When I click 'Play Order of Battle' on the main menu, I get the screen that asks if I want to play the original unmodded game. However, after clicking 'Continue' I just get a blank screen. I suspect some files may have become corrupted.

I have OOB v5.2.1. Windows 10 (64 bit version) is the operating system on my PC.

I am attachiing the dxdiag file as requested. Please let me know if you need other files (I can only upload one per message).

Delete the Settings folder that can be found in the Windows documents folder at:
...\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - WW2
Run the game and check if the issue persists.
