Modern Fulda Gap 2018

I took Fulda Gap 76 and updated it to a modern 2018 Conflict.

This is the first time I have done this so please be nice.

I need feedback on the balance of units.

I left full credit to the original author I just played with it

I added a update I feel this might be better.
