Would you please consider adding the Addu atoll on the map?

It was the secret base of the Eastern Fleet in the Indian Ocean.

So to conceal the Eastern Fleet, Somerville created a secret base at Addu Atoll in the Maldive Islands. Here, at the secret Port T—a “Scapa Flow with palm trees”—Somerville concealed his supplies and support vessels.

Or just add the Maldive islands on the map. These islands are located north of Diego Garcia.

It would help me for the initial setup of the Royal Navy in Indian Ocean.

Just put 'secret base' in its name, and the Japanese will never know its there.

Quoting the exact sentence, the secret hidden base is quite funny indeed. But it is historical. Adding Maldive islands on the map would be good.
Port level 3 no more according to what I am currently reading.
