[1.0.1.9] Hive ships missing fighters/bombers (Spoilers)

Quick bug report

Recently i have noticed the hive ships are missing there fighters and bombers making them far weaker than they should be

As you can see it has its hangers yet it cannot build any designs I presume the issue lies with that. I played the preview build and hive ships had fighters then so something has changed since then.

Oh, I guess they forgot to give the Faciton their fighter technology.
