[1.0.2.1]Fleet ship stuck and dropping all orders

I have a wierd case where a ship in a fleet is not taking any orders.
Or rather it takes the order - only to drop it next tick.

Load up the savegame and look at the "Wailing Victory", halfway between the Systems Mailstrum and Icebu.

I have similar issues in 1.0.2.1 when I add ships under construction to the fleet. I am guessing it is that particular issue.

I was just coming here to post the same issue.

I had three ships in a fleet and added 5 under construction destroyers to the fleet.

Whilst the destroyers were being built I could do nothing with the other three ships. They were just 'stuck'.

I could give them orders but they couldn't fullfill them. They'd try but would soon go back to 'no mission'.

As soon as the 5 destroyers were built I gave the order for the fleet to refuel and they all moved off, including the three 'stuck' ships.

I believe this has happened to me before but it resolved itself before I looked in to it.

It should be easy to replicate.

have similar situation here ....
fleet attack gravilex .. destroy it ... come another gravilex ...
give fleet order "attack this" .... fleet dont care - still "no mission" ....
musst move fleet "near" the gravilex (move command work) then he automatic attack the gravilex if he come nearby ...
not the experience i expected from manual control ... ... ...

Another issue, this time with Retrofitting.

The second the first few ships entered the Shipyard and were marked as red in the List, the whole fleet just stopped approaching.

That is totally unrelated. Sometimes the fleet has issues keeping attack orders.

This bug report is about the fleet being unable to keep any order. Which would includ a "move" order.

ahh - you are right
but to get back on topic then .... ;)
have last time (dont know under 1.0.1.6 or 1.0.1.8) a fleet that doing nothing - no move , atack or anything ..
Only thing that helped -> give the fleet an -stop- order .... then he was after ~3-4sec ready to doing things again ..

That is totally unrelated. Sometimes the fleet has issues keeping attack orders.

This bug report is about the fleet being unable to keep any order. Which would includ a "move" order.
I just had this bug with the retrofitting ! I thought I was going crazy.
