Will the facing of the railways be fixed?

Now it costs 1 movement point to traverse the rail side, and also if it is a mountain side or any other terrain. The same happens with the supply, even if the line is cut, if there is another contiguous hex with a railway, the supply passes even if it is not connected.
My native language is Spanish, and no English language mastery, sorry.

You mean the line connected itself? It checks via if the hex is rail not the specific direction.

WP2 engine has already improved this.

At the time of WP1 I couldn't figure out an easy way to check this. I also don't want to mess with the code creating a disaster. The pathfinding codes in WP2 are different and improved.

Yes that is connected. As long as they touch. I was fairly novice to programming when I did WarPlan and couldn't figure out how to do it. WP2 has it. It was about CPU time to check. I found a shortcut.
