Edit save game? Alter SOV mobilization %?

Hi

I'm having a fantastic Axis campaign after taking a long break from the game. Vichy early; China great. Perfect.

However, I forgot (using the Naval War mod) about the Molotov-Rippentrop Pact garrison requirement in Warsaw.

In mid-1940, the Soviets are eventually attacking me which is annoying.

Is there a way to alter their mobilization or Allies alignment value? Would be a pity if I had to take another long break from the game...

Also let me know what Mobilization % you would like the USSR to have, and I will give it a go. Keep your fingers crossed I can, because not everything can be edited like this.
