HQ command - during enemy turn?

Post by Duedman »

One thing I always wanted to know:

If I move a unit into a HQs command range (HQ has open slots) I can not tell the HQ to command that unit, because it moved already.
When does the HQ "grab" the unit? Right at the beginning of the enemies turn? Or when my next turn starts?

I want to know this too, and I believe the answer is somewhere on this vast SC forum ecosystem.

Hey, the HQ unit could grab the unit at the end of the turn and before the next player's turn as supply is fully re-calculated for both sides at the end of each turn.

During that supply re-calculation, HQ attachments are updated, e.g. if set to Auto and the HQ has room to add a unit.
