experienced wargamer, new to WiF

anyone who knows the game well willing to teach WiF to a new player? I have a lot of experience with GOSS, OCS, ASL, so I'm hoping I can pick this up fairly quickly. I literally know nothing, though. I am just starting to read the rules now
