OK, I just ordered one, after which a question occurs to me. Is the serial number included in the box, or do I have to get from email or the confirmation message? Also does that serial number only work with that CD?

The serial number is printed directly on the CD together with your personal order ID. It doesn't only work with that particular CD, but it can only be registered to one person.
