Questions About Game

I'm curious and would like to know if anybody can answer a few questions about this game for me:

1) I've played FPS Baseball Pro since 1994 and was wondering how much this game is like that and

2) Could the league files from Baseball Pro be imported into this game so I wouldn't lose 11 years worth of league play?
