Best of all, unlike in PlanetSide, where battles quickly fade into one relentless and futile slog, here a victor will emerge. Take note Sony: without the hope of victory, what's the point of fighting?

Graphically, BE has improved immensely in a relatively short space of time, but it's still lagging behind even the most modest FPS.

Yes, BE looks about as appealing as an old lettuce left swilling at the bottom of the fridge, but the scale of the game far exceeds any FPS you care to mention

Is that a bofors you are uisng Zakhal? I'm trying to improve with it and having trouble deciding how far to lead and how much to allow for drop in the shells over distance. From your video it looks like you aren't allowing for much drop at all although it is a nearly vertical shot. Any pointers would be appreciated. [8D]

Lead too far, in other words start out leading so much that you are sure you will be in front of the target.

Then advance the gun but more slowly than your target is moving across the sky. The shells will start in front of the enemy and walk back into him.

As he gets closer to the stream of shells speed up again, once you get the trick right you will be able to get on target and stay on it fairly often.

Also if your playing AA its all about lead in the air, don't save ammo.

On a different topic I am getting a new PC after nearly 6 years with this one and thinking about playing WWII online again. How many people are playing the game now?

Thanks Tom. I'll try that next time. OF course that assumes I can get out of the AB and deployed before getting strafed!

No idea how many are playing but there seem to be a lot of people on both sides of battles lately. I think having brigades on the map now focuses the action more.
