Clean Sheet

With the compywrite issue and the team you have no assembled to do the game, it accures it would be better to start with a clean sheet and develope a new Pacific Theatre game, With more detail on carrier operations while maintaining the overall theatre of combat. As such there woudl not be any issue over copywrite as it would be a new game, SSI do not have copywrite on the theme.
