RE: Winning with Germans ?

<t> I am trying the following tactic.<br/>
<br/>

RE: Repeatable CTD

I think most of the players are getting frustrated with the game stopping siege CTD.

Please, release something now in order to allow us to go on. Scrolling, OOB and and other problems are not game stoppers, but this siege bug is.

Thanks.

<t> I do agree that you should receive more glory when capturing complete units, OR, when capturing the enemies Eagle/Banner.<br/>
In Napoleanic times the capturing of a Equal or higher rated units Eagle/Banner was somethign similar to winning the world cup for that Unit.<br/>

<t> There is advantages and disadvantages to having more corps in the army.<br/>
I think the computer places each corps, or army in a random general area, with a higher chance of them being close to the original entry start point. I had on several occations some of my corps start isolated, and had ...

<t> I do love the civil war area, but am not so sure if the game would have the same attraction as the napoleonic area.<br/>

RE: Took the plunge!

Download is the future for these type of games. Most stores now have almost no shelfspace dedicated to PC games anymore.

But, Dont forget to save the downloaded install and a copy of the registration number to a CD, in case you pc Hard Drive goes belly up.

<t> Ammo is handled abstract i belive. Meaning, Each type of ammo has a percentage change of running out each time shot. So in effect you can fire one tank all day, if you roll lucky and never run out. while another tank can run out of ammo after the first shot.<br/>
