download won't connect

<t> I have the required numbers and when I go to access the download , my computer will not connect to the site. It just grinds away but the download doesn't start. Is there something else to try? My computer appears to be working fine and has not had trouble like this before. Suggestions?[&:]</t>

How do I go about getting the new download if I only have my serial #? Sorry for the new thread, but couldn't find this anywhere.

I have been away from puresim for awhile. I currently have version 8.2. Where do I find the latest download and is it still no charge to current members?
