download won't connect

I have the required numbers and when I go to access the download , my computer will not connect to the site. It just grinds away but the download doesn't start. Is there something else to try? My computer appears to be working fine and has not had trouble like this before. Suggestions?[&:]

You may have some messed up browser settings or something else interfering. Have you tried doing a right click on the download link and a "save target as" to see if that helps?

Is this through the Online Store or the Members' Club? What browser are you using?

It was a browser problem, i downloaded on another computer.
