I cannot get my email games going. Very, VERY frustrated. First it said can only play on registered game. OK. did that. Next it said, [cannot start email game] GAme must be played on registered machine. What the heck is going on???

I just purchased War in the pacific and i cannot download the v1.30 patch. It says I have a wrong serial number. I find this curious because this was the same serial number I used to register my game. any help would be welcomed. thanks.
