Thanks Marshall - to make it more confusing, I have never had this problem when DLing any other update from the Matrix site. I have checked my cookies, firewall, etc, as well.

For some reason, I can't DL the 1.06 Beta - I click on the link, (or save link as) and it just endlessly cycles but without initiating the actual DL. No other items are affected, it just tells me that the DL is starting, but then nothing happens.

I was unable to re-create the bug. In fact the game allowed me to DOW Malta with no probs. However, I believe that it had something to do with the bug regarding entering Palermo port from incorrect sea areas. <br/>
