I hadn't checked it out before but all the planets have random radii except for Moons. They are always the same.

I was noodling around with the new Colossal planets and they are very cool. 5g. :)

One issue I found on planets cold enough to have snow is that the weather patterning on the surface is clear rectangles or vertical lines.

-Any equipment (like artillery, at gun) being carried with such a negative movement penalty will retain this penalty when being transported (by like trucks) unless the transporters have a positive movement bonus (due to powerful engines) which will offset the negative penalty of the guns.

Shift Zone Descisions to the front of the list

I find that the most impactful decisions are the Zone Decisions but they appear at the back of the Decision List. I now always open them up first but that is muscle memory so it may be better for new players if they were at the front of the list.

There is so much great info listed in the terrain tool tips. Would love to see a short section on current supply status added for the highlighted hex (not logistics - just the percentage of supply that can currently reach the hex).

It would be great to have the Model Design Director tool tips added to the character traits - specifically highlighting the aspects that Invention, Technician and Improvisation focus on.

'Drop me in a game now!' start doesn't generate planetary help files

If you play a 'Drop me in the game now!' start, all of the planetary generation details, colonisation or apocalypse details are not saved in the Help Reports. The other two starts do save the data.

I would love to see min/max sliders for these as well as for temperature, age, tectonic fractal (land shape), colony population etc. And a slider to raise the water level (to split up land masses).

- Started a game at Tech 4 Hard mode on a planet without water and the ice mine wasn't built.

This issue has been listed a number of times and is quite frustrating. Until it is fixed all I can suggest is keep a mental note of who should get specific ships and then use the game editor to switch them across when they are repaired. Not a great solution but at least you don't feel as cheated by ...

While this was a fun thread to read, I agree with Cassini. Lumping the Armoured Cars in with Armour is always a bit off putting - also in the end-of-turn reports when you see multiple armour killed and then find out it is just some cars.
