My first wargame was Squad Leader. Convinced my mom to buy it as my Christmas present.

I live in Cedar Park (just NW of Austin) myself.

Read the review yesterday and got around to the book list today. 

I've read several on the list, but won't read the economics book (got the degree ).  I'll definitely look into several others though.

For some reason, the beta patch will not download.

I've tried thru Internet Explorer and Firefox without success.

Any ideas?
