Downloading 1.087 Beta patch

For some reason, the beta patch will not download.

I've tried thru Internet Explorer and Firefox without success.

Any ideas?

Describing exactly what you do and what happens or does not happen makes it much easier figuring out what the problem might be.

Edit: I just tried to perform the download as well. After I login to MEMBER, select Members Downloads and click on Download next to GGWaW I am getting a "Page not found" error.

Are you seeing the same error or something else?

To me it looks like something went wrong on the server - hopefully one of the Matrix people can fix it.

If you need the update today and have a mail system that can handle 13 MB attachments I can mail it to you. Just leave a mail here and I will do so.

I see same error as you when using IE. When using Firefox, it just hangs on starting the download.

Since you're seeing same problem as I am, it's likely server side.

Thanks for trying. It makes me more comfortable that it's probably not just me or my system.

Edit: And thanks for the email offer, but my limit is 5MB. I'm still new to the game so I'll continue computer play for the weekend. Need to get "Advanced Supply" down and protecting my transports. Never expected the Japanese to go into the Red Sea and knock out a transport...[:)]

I have mailed Erik Rutins from Matrixgames about this issue. Hopefully he will be able to correct the error so its again possible to download the patch.

FYI, this should be working now. We had a problem with the Members' Club FTP that took a bit of sorting out.
