1) It does not have DP secondary guns. Granted, this is somewhat cutting edge and 6in DP guns may not be researched in 1940 ingame.
2) It has somewhat thin deck armour.
3) Turret layout is weight inefficient, triple or quadruple turrets better.
4) Calibre is ok but not good for displacement.

Gun quality and length are very closely intertwined. As such, even if the weight of the gun doesn't change a lot, the distribution of that weight will. Good to know it going to be looked at. When you do, can you make it so that the setting 'no guns' means exactly that? No secondaries etc. At the moment, 'no guns' only removes the main armament.

Picture generator doesn't match plan view.

I'm finding this to be a common occurrence. The hull is often longer than the plan view, and guns (both secondary and main) don't match where they are (nor the direction in the case of secondaries), especially if you have moved them from their default position.

Example here of what I'm talking ...

It's not official but:

-2 quality guns are the ones that used huge quantities of brown powder to fire (such as the British 13.5" Mk I). They can be adapted to use smokeless powder, but it's not efficient (the aforementioned 13.5" gun went from using 630lbs of brown powder to 187lbs of cordite ...

The manual says that the auriga has to have the most wins only in the epic campaign iirc. I tried the white team....wend back to my yellows after the white chariots fall apart if you look at them cross-eyed.
