I installed the latest fix and it solved the problem and I can see the scenarios now.

I purchased version IV and installed it but there are only three scenarios visible on the New Game page.

Kaserine 43, Tannenberg 14 and Tutorial. I checked the Scenario directory and it looks like around 200 or so installed but I cant figure out a way to access them.

It may be a bug, but I found a sub pack (4 subs) , would not reload torps in Manila until I disbanded it and reformed it.
