RE: Feedback and Bug Reports for v1.28

I recently had an occurrence of the error where a guy steals second, then the batter is pinch-hit for, and the baserunner on second get's another at-bat while he is on second.  Then the pinch-hitter gets to bat.

Thanks, the add-in is also working for me now.&nbsp; Thanks for your work on these awesome add-ins!&nbsp; Certainly make managing a team much easier.&nbsp; Used your overpaid / underpaid add-in to shed some salary by trading off my overpaid right-fielder for a great ...

RE: The Sandbox Mode -- Does It Work At All?

<t> I have tried historical sandbox mode with a variety of roster sizes and occasionally would get that error.&nbsp; It usually came up when I moved players around prior to the draft.&nbsp; Also, if one or more of your rosters are less than the required size, it is required that you run a draft to ...

RE: Addin: FA's at the end of the current season

I am having the same problems as ak. Tried it with a new league before the season begins, and with an existing league that was in the middle of the season. It there a specific time where this addin is supposed to be used?

RE: Single Season Replays

<t> Depends upon how much of a "statistical outlier" was the actual season that was played. Did the most talented team win it all or was there a variety of random factors (weather, injuries, etc.) that contributed to the eventual results. Also, Prosim does allow you to replicate general manager ...

Monte Carlo is becoming more mainstream now that there are a variety of Excel add-ins, such as @Risk and Crystal Ball, that can do it. Also, it is much easier to apply than the probability calculus and set theory that I had in graduate school.

<t> Ditto, as a fan of the lowly Royals, you have succeeded in bringing back into the baseball fold (at least I can relive the glory days on the computer[&o]).&nbsp; I can also use the game to provide advice to Dayton Moore as he rebuilds this once glorious franchise into a contender again.</t>

RE: Single Season Replays

<t> A variety of things go into the won-lost record that are random in this game such as player streaks (I have noticed that Puresim models the hot and cold spells for players quite accurately, even my 100-100-80 third baseman will go through streaks of several games without a hit).&nbsp; Another ...

RE: Some features that I would like to see added in future versions

In Earl Weaver baseball, the computer also had to warm up its pitchers in the bullpen. You would get a message telling you that so and so was warming up in the bullpen. It would be a fairly easy feature to program.

Some features that I would like to see added in future versions

<t> 1. Suicide squeeze play - I'm managing the 1980 Royals and have Willie Wilson on third with one out and Frank White at the plate..... Frank swings away and hits a soft liner to shortstop, argh!!!<br/>

2. Have an extra base option on any error, not just throwing errors. This could be set ...

Sometimes a minor injury does not carry over after the game.&nbsp; If the player just tweaked a hammy or something like that, he might be pulled from the game but will be available the next day.

RE: Help Creating Custom Schedules

<t> You can import schedules of any length if they are in OOTB csv format. For example, I have created short tournament schedules (round robin) with just 18 games per team. I have also created a format where you can play a seven game series between two teams (however, the minimum league size is four ...
