H3 as in Harpoon 3? The interface doesnt need an overhaul, imho. Its functional and old school.

The movie works now.&nbsp; FYI, if you have an old copy of H3, take the h3title.ani file and drop it in your C:\Program Files\Matrix Games\Harpoon 3 Advanced Naval Warfare\Resource folder.&nbsp; Voila.&nbsp; Just like old times.

My bad. Wait long enough and it loads by itself. Escape seems to speed it up though.

The loading screen with the quotes doesnt stop until you hit escape.&nbsp; H3 used to run the quotes, then automatically go to the menu screen.&nbsp; Not sure if you designed it ...

Anyone else having a probelme with the harpoon launcher?&nbsp; It is misaligned (the autorun.exe).&nbsp; ALl the text and picture is pushed to the right.&nbsp; It is currently unusable.

The entire game is "a bit dated". Thats part of the reason I ordered it and still play. Nostalgia. The opening movie is a piece of history....you shouldnt forget where you came from.

Thanks.&nbsp; Thats what I figured, just wanted to be sure.&nbsp; Should the "Harpoon 3 ANW Hotfix 3.9.1.sf7" file be copied into the directory as well or just the 4 .exe's?

May be a stupid question, but how do I install it? The readme references an installer. I dont see one. I get a folder with 4 .exe's that look like they should be manually dropped in the H3 ANW directory and .sf7 file.
