i have tried
extracting the attachment into the specified folder- no change
uninstalling and reinstalling both from the digital download and cd rom and the same fault occurs
is it worth trying to download a fresh client?

yes i have shutdown several times and it makes no difference
i haven't tried taking a hammer to it yet though:)

i cant attach the save games- it says it is not supported (?)

the game freezes on loading any game- saved game, new battle- all on 'loading interface'
