I am intending to bombard a port where a BB is disbanded.
What is going to be his reaction ? is it going to retaliate as in a normal surface combat or be surprised and take the shells without reacting ?
or is there a chance for any kind of reply ?

I have checked the manual which says that a base with 0 supply scores 25% of the total VP, a base with needed supplies scores 100%, and a base with supplies in between scores ...in between [:D]<br/>

and according to the opertion report, as I said, the only other base which added a level of airfield or port during this turn is wyndham
