RE: Unit cannot attack

Indeed. Some terrain needs such a high number of MP to enter it cannot be attacked except by a unit that hasn't moved at all.

Okay....so what happens at the portion where the two theathers meet? What about air units? Naval units? Say I have two theathers that meet at hex x. I then have units in hex z and y. I first use the whole turn to attack the enemy in it's hex which is ...

RE: PBEM Replays joined

<t> I do watch the replay, but with one eye ... do something else with the other. Just so I get the general trend of my opponent's moves--where is he advacing, where holding, where retreating, where reinforcing, &c. Granted I could probably get the same idea by comparing the map at the end of my old ...

<t> I have a Pentium IV, built 2002. I am thinking about getting a new machine because some newer games run veeeeery slow on this one. TOAW, OTOH, does fine (though loading a huge new scenario can take from a few seconds up to half a minute). <br/>

I find it excellent that TOAW does not ...

Au contraire, it is in full swing ... though until now the frontlines have moved very little. Do you want end of turn SAL files? [:)]

It happens to me with several different opponents. Whatever is the source of the problem, it's most definitely on my side. [8|]

Playback without units

I have had three playbacks without visible units now (except the unit currently moving). When I get to my own move, the units are set to invisible, I can set them back to visible and they're there, but the replay is of little value this way. Any ideas? Thanks. [:)]
