RE: Milne Bay Taken

I thought airgroups set to Naval Interdiction will attack TFs only and nothing else? ^^

To make AC conduct a port attack you to have to set a mission target in their home base or CV TF, navy(?) aircraft tho seem to be capable of port attacks by default.

RE: Milne Bay Taken

Only aircraft can attack ships disbanded into port. TF's can't. Bombardment only hits grounded aircraft, ground troops and the depot.

Note that submarines always have a 100% chance of escaping.

RE: Question on Japanese upgrades

contrary to popular belief conversions are always done on the LAST day of the month, starting with 12/31/42, then 01/31/43... 02/28/43 etc,
delay for BBs is 180, for the CVLs its 330 days (the manual is wrong on this)

RE: what happened? Q on autodisband

As already mentioned above auto-disband takes place at the of a turn, all TFs set on auto-disband may be subject to air attack during the air phases, so basically you cant use this "feature" to save ships from (naval) air attack.

Ise11/43 AA: 921, upgrades to Ise6/44 AA: 1344 [X(]

actually the best AA rating of any japanese ship until mid44.

They also got sorties (198 max), enabling their airgroups to perform naval attacks (for whatever the Jake´s 60kg bombs are worth)
