Re: FITE 2

Soren has moved on to other ventures. He and Kristian have not worked on the game for a number of years and is unlikely that they will in the future if ever.

Re: Update v4.1.0.40

Back in 1987 when we went from windows 1 to 2, I was warned that windows would become the worse virus "out there".

Thank you for your time and effort. If it was not for you then TOAW would be dead and buried.

RE: Zovs Scenario Modifications List

I am not sure if it is the same DMcB but I did see an obituary for a DMcB last year. For those who previously had contact with him it may pay to check to see if DMcB is still alive and if so, has he changed his position. If it sad news that DMcB has passed on then is there still a copyright?

RE: fite2 ver. 1.9

Not from Soren. He has started a new business venture and that is taking up all his time at present. I think Larry has made a couple of changes and released it as V11. Larry might like to comment on the changes he made to v10 and V11.

RE: FITE2 EARLY START

Tom, don't worry about your flanks. All you need do is to hold the German forces in place so that they can not assist with the defence of Berlin. Put all your arty in the centre and just blow up everything in your path. You are only 4 hexes from winning

RE: FITE2 EARLY START

<t> Hi Tom<br/>
In the original test game between Willie and me, the junior axis partners surrender when their capitals were taken. Maybe something has been "broken" with this version. Having said that I did have some German units reconstruct in the bottom part of the map late in the game. <br ...

RE: Will it never be updated?

I think Bob is the brains and driving force behind the game now. We as a community should be giving him as much support as possible. He has had one heart attack (apologies if I am incorrect) and the more time he spends answering questions the less time he has on working on the game.

RE: FITE2 EARLY START

<t> Here is part of an email exchange between Soren and myself.<br/>
<br/>
"No we haven’t made any new updates. Try ask Kristian for the new version. I cant wait till I get the time to get back to it. The real issue is the Germans in 1942, they seem to weak, and the soviets too strong. We can fix ...
