I went back and re-installed the v1.07 update, being sure to install C++ 2012, too. That seems to have done the trick!

You mean the Add/Remove Programs routine accessible via the Control Panel? That produces the same error message...

I'm trying to uninstall WPO to make room on my woefully small C drive -- but when I try to do so, I get an error message saying "Invalid uninstall control file: C:\Matrix Games\War Plan Orange\Uninstall\uninstall.xml." Is there a fix or workaround for this? Thanks!
