I barely play the British, did you try the Atlernative campaign? I think it's a mod where Washingon gets some reinforcement early on.

<t> Yep, especially depot. They are really usefull when you want to set up a base of operation in ennemy territory. They allow you get replacements and you can take your winterquarters in (see my AAR), they prevent a garnison to surrender when sieged.<br/>
