That's an interesting opinion to consider. Personally, I also play with virtually no rules (although I do follow the scout rules and don't block the Soviet navy's spawn points), but I thought that in ELO all these rules had become more or less mandatory. Perhaps that's not the case.

I think you're in the Florida time zone, and I'm in the Central European time zone, so there's a 6-hour difference between us. During the week, I play from around 7-8 p.m. until 10 p.m. On weekends, I play all the time unless my wife has other plans.

Thanks to the technical support for unblocking the situation by going back with the previous backup.

The -6 resources in the US box is them giving Japan 6 resources. They get this until the oil embargo. Play Japan and take note of the +6 they get until around mid 1941. In Deluxe I have it set to expire Summer 41. GG may be different but can't be by much.
