We have recently added a few more options to choose the UI size from.
But they are not yet added to the Windowed Preferences.
If you switch to the DirectX UI by use of the INI you can set a different UI size.
Once you are finished with setting it you can turn the DirectX UI off again.

I play in 1920x1080 and before the Beta it worked and it was much smaller but since I applied the Beta the Info bar is so large and no matter what I try it stays this way.

I am like you and what I did to get around reading the entire manual was I fed ChatGPT the entire manual and then just ask it how to do things. It’s like making an imaginary friend read the darn thing and answer all your questions but only as you think them up, not just in one long boring reading ...
