For OOB update, any chance to have some upgrade path for Dutch aircraft units with B-339D, FK51 and CW-22 Falcon ?

IMHO you should go for mini KB now. If you have some CV damaged during the battle, you are closer to PH and out of reach from main KB. Damaged CV could be replaced by Bunker Hill and Monterrey.
You could temporarily leave your transports under Mili protection.

CD guns and river

In my mod, i have added some CD guns units along Yangtze river (CD units in Wusih hex and Nanking hex).
I have made several tests but allied ships are never engaged by those guns.
How to make them working ?
Am i missing something ?
