Re: WitPTracker AE Release 1.11 Available!

If it is a prediction, it's way ahead of when it's due - like over a year. Also, notice that the ships show up as unknown in my previous screenshot post. That's unrelated, but something else I noticed. Maybe there is an issue with database field format changing? I don't remember seeing this until I ...

Re: WitPTracker AE Release 1.11 Available!

Thanks for the fast reply! I did as you suggested and installed everything a new location and everything works as expected. I still have that list of groups to withdraw. Any ideas on these? Turn 19 is 12/24/1941 in this scenario (something like that - late December '41)

Re: WitPTracker AE Release 1.11 Available!

Brief: I'm not getting anything in the alerts section. WITPAE v1.01.26a, Tracker 1.11

The Story: Thanks for a great product. I can't play without it. Recently I lost the OS when I wasn't paying attention to what MS was asking and it tried to upgrade to Win11. No problem - all games are on different ...

Re: July 1861 Scenario

I get the same messages/problems on the latest version of the game as you do. I reinstalled v11010 to see what happened and that scenario doesn't exist. I went back to the latest version and tried 'The Coming Fury' scenario and worked fine. I'm thinking they started to add a new scenario and never ...

RE: Potentially stupid question

<t> Not a stupid question. It does not have an alert that a TF completed its mission. Since you already have 2 of the tools you should get WITPTracker. This should complete the tools many people use. You can see alerts easily in it, you will see ones for unloading or loading (i think loading). For ...

"the hardhat tour" isn't free, and you have to register ahead of time. I did it several years ago,and like it was said above, you go everywhere. Well worth the time and money. Just check the website for info. They only do them during the cooler months, if I remember correctly.

I agree. I dig this out every so often. I get torn between this and GG's WBTS. Each have something great about them and I do enjoy them both.

RE: Really this good?

<t> Hi,<br/>
<br/>
I still play this game from time to time. Between it and Grigsby's WBTS it's a toss up. For me I think the leadership hierarchy is higher here, also the detailed battles are fun. WBTS has some other strengths and I find myself playing it more often when I play solo, but I miss ...

RE: Forge of Freedom/Crown of Glory - Still work? Worth getting?

<t> FoF runs fine on my Windows x64 system. I bounce between it and GG War Between the States. They each have things about them I like. The AI is fine as far as my feeble mind is concerned. I've not played much tactical in FoF to be honest. I'll let somebody else comment on that part of the game. My ...

RE: Hey folks silly question Is it worth buying?

Comaring to WITP I would say this is more fun. Many have said this but I'll say it again. This game is just plain fun. It's very playable and is not the massive time commitment of WITP. Honestly I've been playing GOA in one window while the computer does it's thing during it's part of WITP.

If it isn't too difficult, hopefully this is something that may be addressed in a future update.

A map in the game manual would be ok with me.

<r> I got this for the first time tonight at the end of the 1914 scenario. I reloaded the autosave and what appears to be where it happened was when the victory window came up. I hit continue and and found that my HQ's had been renamed. I also&nbsp;findthe Frech retreating into Holland interesting ...
