I don't get excited about changing a TF commander, since it's a discounted cost. What I don't get is why changing a TF commander costs fewer PP than changing an air squadron commander. That doesn't seem to make much sense.

I'm getting back into the game after a ten year absence. Is there a guide to the political point (PP) costs of replacing leaders, and perhaps some explanation of the logic behind it?
