Re: Movie: The Forgotten Battle

I thought it was well done overall. Kind of like Dunkirk it really didn't focus on combat.

The Forgotten Battle? After watching it I think they may have been referring to the partisans. After All Bridge Too Far and Arnhem hard to call forgotten.

It is definitely worth watching.

I've watched the first three episodes one more to go. Once you get use to the animation style it is worth watching.

RE: Top strategy games on Steam (war ones too)

DLC is a good way for a company to make money on a popular game. Many who like a particular game are happy to buy DLCs that interest them for a game they already have and enjoy. Just skip the ones you don't like. Much cheaper for the customer as well over a full standalone game.

RE: New from Tiller

Thanks Strelaoz, yes I have updated all of them to the better graphics, just this one perhaps the Shenandoah scenery just seemed a bit nicer. Good to hear that more in the series is a possibility. Perhaps the review I read was from someone who personally is not going to work on another.

<t> BTW I saw where this may be the last in the civil war series. I purchased Shenandoah is my 7th in the series so far. I've only played about three smaller scenarios so far but I think this may be the best as far as appearance and AI. Had a little problem in the one scenario when on 3D seeing the ...
