Two hours crash free so far.  Guess the codec was the culprit. I'll post if I have any more crashes.

I played through a mission and part of another without a crash so maybe that did it.  I have to hit the rack now but I'll try it later today to make it sure that fixed it.

Its a codec file and I remember having a similar problem with Oblivion crashing because of another codec. I'm gonna rename that file and see if that helps ...
